Our entrepreneurial thinking, actions and decisions are always oriented on the possible customer’s benefit. We identify his requirements early, search for appropriate solutions, make binding commitments and keep them. Performance is measured based on the results for the customer and not on the effort we make.
Commitment of the employees by involvement and information
Our commitments must be implemented into actions. The basis of our communication and information policy is transparency, openness and honesty. The cooperation with employees and partners is based on mutual trust without losing the sight on the results.

Our actions and our processes are to be questioned in regular intervals in order to be able for improvement wherever necessary and possible. We live a culture of changes where also unconventional ideas get their fair chance.

A linked cooperation with partners based on legal values is an important prerequisite for success. We consider our distributors, suppliers, co-marketing companies but also our colleagues at HAMILTON Reno and the subsidiaries as partners. Mutual assistance and respect provides a culture of appreciation, trust and loyalty, resulting in important competitive advantages.
Leadership through competence
Employees and supervisors agree on clearly measurable, ambitious and enthusiastic goals. We lead through trust and grant room for maneuvering. We develop ourselves by supporting the strengths of our employees and use them where their best competences are. We strengthen ourselves continuously with the best available employees from the market.
We want to pay adequate salaries, however, do adjust them consequently to the employee’s performance, requirements of the position and the market development. In this respect, it is accepted that the salaries in single cases may stagnate or decrease. We are not able to grant a life-long employment. We try to provide the employee with capabilities which enable a life-long employment. We are generous and correct against those employees which leave us.
